Personal training is a more effective way to reach your personal goals. Exercises are tailored to your personal needs and abilities. It will cover all aspects of fitnesss such as cardio, muscular and core strength, flexibility and mobility. Areas where PT works best in are: 

- Gaining strength after an operation

- Specific conditions that can be improved through exercise

- New to exercise

- Want to try something new

 

You will receive a fitness test before, during and after to track your progress.  

It is recommended to train 3 times per week for 6-8 weeks to see results.
